This Warranty Policy explains the limited seller warranty provided by EcoJetShop for eligible refurbished printer purchases, including warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim process.
1. Overview
EcoJetShop sells refurbished printer products. Eligible refurbished printers include a limited seller warranty provided by EcoJetShop unless a product page clearly states different warranty terms.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through EcoJetShop.
The default limited seller warranty is 30 days from delivery unless the product page states a different duration. This warranty is provided by EcoJetShop and is not a manufacturer warranty.
2. Warranty Duration
The default limited seller warranty period is 30 days from delivery.
The warranty period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking record or order delivery confirmation.
If a product page states a different warranty duration, the warranty duration listed on that product page applies to that specific product.
3. What Is Covered
The limited seller warranty covers eligible functional issues that occur during the warranty period and are not caused by customer misuse, improper handling, external damage, unauthorized modification, or excluded conditions.
- Eligible functional problems reported within the warranty period.
- Product issues connected to standard printer operation where the product does not match the functional condition described on the listing.
- Review of missing included items when the item was listed as included on the product page.
- Store-level review of eligible warranty claims submitted with required order details.
4. What Is Not Covered
The limited seller warranty does not cover every product concern. The following conditions are excluded:
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, marks, discoloration, or signs of previous use disclosed or expected with refurbished products.
- Damage caused after delivery by misuse, mishandling, drops, liquid exposure, power issues, improper storage, or unauthorized changes.
- Consumable items such as ink, toner, cartridges, paper, drums, rollers, or other supplies unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
- Issues caused by third-party accessories, incompatible supplies, software, networks, or user environment.
- Products returned without warranty claim approval.
- Claims submitted after the warranty period ends.
- Products not purchased directly through EcoJetShop.
- Normal wear from use after delivery.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Warranty claims must be submitted by email to info@ecojetshop.com during the active warranty period.
Include the following information
- Full name used for the order.
- Order number.
- Product name.
- Delivery date.
- Clear description of the issue.
- Photos or short video showing the issue when available.
- Photos of product label, included items, packaging, or visible condition when requested.
Incomplete warranty requests can delay review.
6. Warranty Claim Review
EcoJetShop reviews warranty claims based on order records, product listing information, customer-provided details, submitted photos or video, delivery date, and warranty eligibility.
EcoJetShop can request additional information before approving or denying a warranty claim.
7. Warranty Resolution
Approved warranty claims are resolved based on product availability, claim details, and inspection outcome.
Possible resolutions
- Store-level guidance related to the product concern.
- Replacement of a missing listed accessory when available and approved.
- Replacement product when an eligible replacement is available.
- Refund or partial refund when EcoJetShop approves the claim and no suitable replacement is available.
Replacement availability is not guaranteed because refurbished inventory can vary.
8. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer
This limited warranty is provided by EcoJetShop as a seller warranty.
This warranty is not a manufacturer warranty and does not mean the product is covered by HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Dell, or any other printer brand.
No manufacturer warranty is included unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
9. Returns and Warranty Are Separate
Returns and warranty claims are separate processes.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery according to the Return and Refund Policy. Warranty claims are reviewed under the 30-day limited seller warranty unless the product page states a different warranty duration.
10. Shipping for Warranty Claims
When a warranty review requires product return, EcoJetShop provides instructions after claim review.
Customers must not ship products back before receiving warranty review instructions from EcoJetShop.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the approved claim details and warranty review outcome.
