EcoJetShop sells refurbished printer products and ships eligible orders within the United States only. This policy explains how shipping is handled after an order is placed through the website.

2. Shipping Area

EcoJetShop currently ships only within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not eligible for fulfillment.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and carrier non-operational days.

Order processing includes order review, item preparation, packaging, and shipping handoff.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after the order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier. Delivery time depends on destination, shipping method, carrier handling, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

Estimated delivery timing shown during checkout or by the carrier is an estimate and does not replace the fixed processing time stated in this policy.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before order completion.

• Name, street address, apartment or unit number when needed, city, state, ZIP code, and contact email must be accurate.
• EcoJetShop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer-provided shipping information.
• Address changes after order placement are not guaranteed once order processing begins.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, address issues, holidays, operational disruptions, or other carrier-controlled events.

9. Damaged Packages

Customers must review the package after delivery. If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact EcoJetShop at info@ecojetshop.com with order details and photos.

Photos should include the outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, product, and visible damage area.

10. Missing or Incorrect Items

If an order appears to be missing a listed included item or the received product does not match the order details, customers must contact EcoJetShop at info@ecojetshop.com with order number, product name, and photos of the received package contents.

11. Return Shipping

Return shipping is handled according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless EcoJetShop confirms that the return is due to an incorrect item, missing listed item, or product condition issue not disclosed in the listing.
