This policy applies to eligible refurbished printer purchases made through EcoJetShop.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns are not accepted in the following conditions:

  • Product damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized changes.
  • Missing accessories, cables, trays, manuals, parts, or included items from the original order listing.
  • Product returned without approval from EcoJetShop.
  • Product returned to an incorrect address or without required return details.
  • Cosmetic wear already disclosed on the product page.
  • Buyer’s change of preference after product use when the product matches the listing description.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, customers must email EcoJetShop at info@ecojetshop.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include the following details

  • Order number.
  • Product name.
  • Delivery date.
  • Reason for return request.
  • Photos of the product and packaging when the request involves damage, missing items, or product condition concerns.

Returned products must be packed securely. EcoJetShop is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging.

EcoJetShop handles replacement requests based on product availability. Refurbished inventory can vary, so the same item or model is not guaranteed to be available for exchange.

Photos should include the outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, product, and visible damage area.

11. Warranty Claims Are Separate
