3. Refurbished Product Condition

Products sold through EcoJetShop are refurbished unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Refurbished products are previously owned printer products prepared for resale.

Product pages are designed to show important buying information including condition, price, stock status, warranty duration, return window, shipping scope, and included item details.

Product images are used to represent the listing. Because products are refurbished, actual cosmetic condition can vary slightly from item to item. Product pages can mention visible wear, cosmetic marks, included items, and condition notes when relevant.

4. Orders and Order Review

Orders are accepted through the EcoJetShop website checkout process. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, pricing, shipping charges, taxes, return terms, warranty information, and order totals before completing purchase.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.
• EcoJetShop can cancel or review orders with incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious information.
• Order confirmation does not remove the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information.
• EcoJetShop currently ships only within the United States.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Product prices are shown on product pages or checkout pages. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout before order completion.

Customers can review product price, shipping charge, tax amount, and total order cost before placing an order.

EcoJetShop corrects pricing or listing errors when identified. If an order contains a clear pricing or product information error, EcoJetShop can cancel the order and issue a refund for the affected purchase.

6. Shipping Terms

EcoJetShop currently ships only within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase confirmation.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before order completion. Delivery timing depends on carrier handling, destination, order processing, and shipping method shown during checkout.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. EcoJetShop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund eligibility, product condition, return shipping responsibilities, and non-returnable conditions are explained in the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Seller Warranty

The default limited seller warranty is 30 days from delivery unless a product page states a different duration.

The seller warranty is provided by EcoJetShop and is not a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, claim process, exclusions, and limitations are explained in the Warranty Policy.

9. Payments and Checkout Security

Payments are completed through the checkout payment methods available on the website. Customers should not send payment card details by email, contact form, or direct message.
